Groundbreaking

  • Are you a high level endurance athlete looking for an edge?
  • A relative newcomer to endurance athletics and you're ready to step up your performance?
  • A bit out of shape but wanting to turn it around and challenge yourself with a 10K, half/full marathon or a triathlon?

Full Spectrum Coaching isn't for everyone, but it may be perfect for you. There are hundreds (thousands?) of choices in remote coaches, and all provide you with a training schedule. But NONE offer the full spectrum, including:

  • Simultaneous coaching from two very different coaches who see life, competition and racing from entirely different ends of the spectrum, giving you exactly what you need for your background, personal approach, and current situation/goals
  • Injury prevention and treatment advice all along the way from licensed Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Occupational Therapist
  • Use of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Temperament Theory to design the context of your training for you - not Oprah, Peter Reid or your neighbor
  • Immense attention to time management with your training, insuring you can enhance your performance without giving up your life (including discussion with your spouse/significant other as desired on tips on scheduling/perspective)
  • Proven results at all levels

"Until you encouraged me, I could not run 50 feet without hip and back pain. And, I would have given up several times if you had not provided such achievable goals. Completing a half marathon when I turned 50 years old after not running since high school was pretty dramatic to me!"
